Ed Lanquist and Crockett Hailey will be speaking at the Tennessee Intellectual Property Law Association Fall Seminar on November 7th.  Ed Lanquist will be speaking on Ethics and IP.  Crockett Hailey will be speaking on claim construction in light of the Supreme Court’s Biosig decision.
