Involved in a patent case during discovery because of not only complex technical issues, but equally difficult strategic problems. One of the many problems that we were able to solve dealt with the inventor of the patented invention. He had been fired by the client corporation who owned the patent, had publicly threatened suit against our client, been involved in an attempt to oust the Board of Directors, was a brilliant physicist and suffered from certain emotional issues, which made his deposition a potential disaster.
