Cartiglia Named as Inventor of Heat Spreading Circuit Assembly

Jim Cartiglia is a named inventor on U.S. Patent No. 7,889,502, entitled “Heat Spreading Circuit Assembly,” which issued to Firm client GrafTech International Holdings Inc. in February.  This is Jim’s second patent for GrafTech on related technology, and arose out of his close working relationship with this important client and his in-depth understanding of the GrafTech technology.
