Attorneys Ryan Levy and John Triggs successfully represented Blacklidge Emulsions of Gulfport, Miss. in patent infringement litigation against Phillips Oil Company of Central Ohio.

In January 2013, Judge Michael H. Watson entered a Stipulated Final Judgment and Permanent Injunction in the Southern District of Ohio, which recognized the validity and enforceability of Blacklidge’s patented processes for trackless tack coat. He entered a judgment against Phillips from distributing, selling or offering the infringing products.
