Firm Success Designated “Informative Decision”

The Firm is pleased to announce that the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (“PTAB”) designated the decision in Colas Solutions Inc. v. Blacklidge Emulsions, Inc. as an informative decision. The Firm successfully defended our client Blacklidge Emulsions, Inc. in that case. Designation as an informative decision means the decision is understood to contain the PTAB’s general consensus and guidance in the future. The decision is one of less than 230 decisions (out of almost 9,000) deemed precedential or informative by the PTAB.
